Compensation: During two months training period we will be offering you petrol + telephone allowances only.We can also give 8% per client(business value per client) but that depends upon the performance of the trainee.

Compensation: Innvy is offering you a CTC of Rs.1.62lk-1.8lk per annum, after one month of training. During training period we will be offering 5k(fixed)+10% of the business value(above target), other benefits will be subjected to the deduction of Income Tax in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and provisions of other applicable statutes, as at the time of payment.
