Job Description:
- To ensure sales of Innvy’s products & services inclusive of – Web & Software development.
- Target completion.
- Client approach & convincing.
- To create and support sales & marketing efforts.
- Team Management
- Allocation of sales targets
- Monitoring team performance
- Training & Developments of team members
- Retention of team
- Developing and leveraging corporate channel associates.
- Rolling in more business & revenue for the company.
Experience: 0-1 Years of selling & marketing IT products (preferable Internet Products/Services). Fresher can also apply.
Location: 2-Mumbai,2-Lucknow
Essential Requirements:
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, Marathi
- Candidate should be a native of Maharashtra.
- He/She should have a Laptop & 2 wheeler vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Education: At least BBA/MBA – (preferable Smart MBA candidates + Technical Graduation).
Compensation: Compensation: Innvy is offering you a CTC of Rs.1.3lk per annum , after 2 month training. During 2 month training, we offer you a Rs. 5000 + 10% of the business (above target). The payment and other benefits will be subject to the deduction of Income Tax in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and provisions of other applicable statutes, as at the time of payment.
